I have been working in trades, equipment operations, animal care and doing blue collar type jobs since I was 15. I decided to switch over to real estate in 2025 because I want to have more time with my family to explore and get out of the city. I also love to look at homes, turning that fun hobby into a career where I can actually help people find their perfect home seemed like a logical choice for me.

Personal Layers Beyond the Professional Sphere

I absolutely love reading, sewing, cooking/baking, and backpacking/hiking. I was a stay at home mom for many years. I had ample time to perfect my grandma skills and proudly share my creations with everyone, whether it be cooking, baking or something I created specially for you! I also absolutely love being outdoors, the mountains are my location of choice.

Memorable Professional Anecdote

Raising 3 kids, keeping up with my household duties, and while working a full time job, I completed the real estate course, on-boarding and training in under 4 months. It was not an easy task juggling activities, meetings, training and everything else but, here I am giving it my all and I am ready to help clients the absolute best I can.

Calvin Realty helped us with our first ever home and got us into the rental property market. I chose to work with Calvin because he was forthright and methodical. He sold me on his no-nonsense, honest approach. That's exactly what I got! Calvin & Dee couldn't have been more patient and kind while I walked my way through some challenging, electronic procedures.......and what a time saver at the end of the day! It didn't hurt having Levi help out with an errand or two also. Obviously, a GREAT team. They've made this emotional, challenging time just a little bit easier. I recently purchased a condo in Castle Downs, Edmonton, with Levi Hooft as my Realtor. His communication was extremely effective, I definitely appreciated how readily available he always was when I had questions or concerns and provided speedy responses. (I’m an impatient person). He has a wide range of knowledge when it comes to the nitty gritty details of real estate that I find many other agents in the industry lack. From understanding HVAC, electrical, locations and a lot more. I was also super happy with the negotiation skills he was able to present to the seller. As he was able to close in on a deal even more than what I had expected on, looking out for my best interest.
