A career in real estate became a consideration during my 8 years as an electrician. The most fulfilling part about that career came from the ability to build relationships with clients and really understanding the product they desired, as well as being able to manage expectations regardless of the request. This, alongside the knowledge that I gained about all construction aspects, is what eventually led me to pursue a career in real estate.

You can expect a level of service that is tailored to any and all expectations. I take pride in providing excellent communication and availability during every step of the process while building a relationship that goes beyond the transaction. My goal is to make your experience as seamless as possible, and I am always looking for additional ways to provide value.

I used to coach the University of Lethbridge Badminton Club as well as two high school teams. This was before my free time became consumed by real estate investing and changing careers. I still actively play racket sports recreationally, and I would be thrilled to meet a client or industry professional on the court!

I have always been someone who is constantly looking for ways to keep busy. While I was a journeyman electrician, I was also delivering pizza and working maintenance at a golf course on evenings and weekends. This all came to an end when I decided to take on the task of adding a secondary suite in my primary residence. It was a long process, but I now have a profitable rental property and a product that I am extremely happy about.

I worked with Korey from the Calvin Realty team to purchase my new home this summer. Korey is extremely professional, knowledgeable and was able to align my needs with the properties we saw. He was also knows a lot about trades so was able to help with some approximate costs or repairs/ upgrades or changes that would need to be made. Which helped with decision making. Korey is friendly, patient and attentive and I’d recommend him to anyone. In fact, I did recommend him to a friend who was looking for a home.

We just sold our townhouse with Korey at Calvin realty. We had an amazing experience - our property was by no means a giant revenue generating property, but he treated us just as well as I’m sure he treats the ones that are!
