How does the Co-Pilot Program actually work?
You’re paired with an experienced Calvin Realty agent and work alongside them on real transactions. You observe, participate, and gradually take the lead — with a safety net. Most agents in the program see their first deal within 60 days.
What does the support look like day-to-day?
A dedicated squad leader, access to training and playbooks, team meetings, and direct access to Calvin and senior agents when you need it. You’re never working in isolation.
What markets do you work?
