​Have you ever had a bad experience with a realtor… or wished they would actually put real time and effort into helping you? ​As someone who is newer to real estate investing (especially in Edmonton), I asked a lot of rookie questions. I reached out to realtor friends, referred realtors, and cold contacts... only to get delayed responses, empty promises, or ghosted. In a fast-moving market, I was quickly losing time and hope. ​Then, a friend recommended DELANEY PATER. ​From the very first day, her dedication blew me away. Whether I messaged her during family dinner, on her days off, or over the holidays, Delaney responded promptly and took action. One evening, I requested a showing expecting to wait. Instead, she booked it and met me at the property within the hour. ​We viewed 12 to 15 properties over the next several weeks... and I missed out on ALL of them due to my own learning curve in a competitive market. I started feeling guilty knowing realtors only get paid when a deal closes, but Delaney never wavered. She stayed just as positive, enthusiastic, and driven as day one. ​Now in our second month of working together, it’s all clicking. We consecutively viewed two great properties; my offers were accepted, financing was approved, and both deals are officially firm (a minimum cash flow of 18% per property!) ​I’m profoundly grateful for Delaney’s expertise, patience, and relentless work ethic. I literally could not have done this without her. If you want an agent who treats your goals like her own, ask for Delaney Pater (yes, DEAL-aney 😊).

We had an exceptional experience working with Megan Prusko. We are not in the province, so relied on Megan to do walk-through videos. I have never had such a knowledgeable, realtor. Not only would she do a walk-through video she would climb under the stairs and video she would check if the toilets were tight she brought a flashlight along, and did the ceilings for cracks, went outside in the frigid temperatures and checked the foundation where she could like really this girl knows her stuff! And to boot, she’s absolutely hilarious… Also impressive to us was/is the continued support even after the sale was completed. Megan had remained available to help with questions, guidance, and follow-up assistance, She has provided contractors to go in to do odds and ends before the renters came, making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It is rare to find someone so dedicated, hardworking, and invested in their clients long after the transaction is finished. We would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to providing exceptional service. Thank you Megan Astrid

6/5 stars for Delaney. Honestly. Above and beyond doesn’t even come close to cover how amazing this bad ass woman is at her job. She is prepared for everything , thoughtful , hard working , and overall just makes the process super relaxed. Any time I had an issue with anything at all - she attacked it with ferocity and always in a timely manor ! I would recommend her to anyone buying a house. The whole team has great vibes ! Team Calvin for the win , but Delaney is the true hero !!!!!

Delaney is my realtor I used to sell my condo. The great news is that it recently sold thanks to her! She did a great job negotiating with the buyer's agent and in the end we came to a price that was fair for both sides. She is very easy to communicate with and was always available for any questions or concerns I had. I would definitely recommend using Delaney as your realtor to handle your real estate transactions.
