We wanted to put our condo up for sale and we're in need of a realtor. Delaney was referred to us and we're so glad she was because she got our condo sold a lot quicker than we thought we would. She's knowledgeable, thorough, professional and very patient which is great because we had a lot of questions. I really liked the way Delaney dealt with the other realtors too. Our condo had some challenges but Delaney worked hard to present it in the best way possible and she got it sold to a lady who really liked it. I would highly recommend Delaney as your realtor. I recently purchased a condo using the services of Megan Prusko, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she made the entire transaction feel secure, smooth, and surprisingly easy.

I was hesitant and fearful as a first time home buyer, but Megan was incredibly organized and proactive at every step. She clearly explained the process, stayed on top of timelines (even when I was lost), and ensured I always felt confident that I was in good hands.

If there were a synonym for Delaney, I’d choose Diligently Detailed. I’ve worked with other great agents in the past; however, Del sincerely raised the bar. My constrains were not uncommon: time, commitments, allocated funds, etc. But the lack of stress from working with Del made most of those relatively menial. From offers to viewings, negotiations to closing, I’d be hard-pressed to believe that the process could have been smoother.

She found a perfect home for my new puppy and I (Difficulty level = MAX, for large breeds and condominiums... if you know you know). A year post purchase, Del does not presuppose long-term success, she stayed in the loop to ensure it. If I could give a real estate buying tip to ANYBODY.. I’d tell you to do it the right way, the DEL way. Her honesty, pragmatism, professionalism and thoughtfulness… incredible and I couldn’t be more excited for the next chance to work with her and her team at Calvin Realty.

It has been forever a dream of mine to live in the Highlands. We had been looking over a year with another realtor but we were met with no luck and frustration.

As soon as we made the switch to start working with Delaney we quickly felt taken care of and advocated for. She changed this dream into a reality for us and we both are surprised at how quickly and with little frustration the process has been.
