I spent about six days with Ashley Webber looking at houses, from Edmonton to Stony Plain, I found her very patient and detail oriented, she would point out the good and the bad and let you make up your own mind, I think we look at about 15 to 20 homes, she answered all my questions if she was unable to answer she would find out and get back, I was very impressed. I could go on and on, finally out of 10 I would break the mound and give her 15 because she went the extra mile

In a fast-moving market, I was quickly losing time and hope. ​Then, a friend recommended DELANEY PATER. ​From the very first day, her dedication blew me away. Whether I messaged her during family dinner, on her days off, or over the holidays, Delaney responded promptly and took action. One evening, I requested a showing expecting to wait. Instead, she booked it and met me at the property within the hour. ​We viewed 12 to 15 properties over the next several weeks... and I missed out on ALL of them due to my own learning curve in a competitive market. We had an exceptional experience working with Megan Prusko. We are not in the province, so relied on Megan to do walk-through videos. I have never had such a knowledgeable, realtor. Not only would she do a walk-through video she would climb under the stairs and video she would check if the toilets were tight she brought a flashlight along, and did the ceilings for cracks, went outside in the frigid temperatures and checked the foundation where she could like really this girl knows her stuff! And to boot, she’s absolutely hilarious… Also impressive to us was/is the continued support even after the sale was completed. Megan had remained available to help with questions, guidance, and follow-up assistance, She has provided contractors to go in to do odds and ends before the renters came, making the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. It is rare to find someone so dedicated, hardworking, and invested in their clients long after the transaction is finished. We would highly recommend Megan to anyone looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly committed to providing exceptional service. Thank you Megan Astrid

She is prepared for everything , thoughtful , hard working , and overall just makes the process super relaxed. Any time I had an issue with anything at all - she attacked it with ferocity and always in a timely manor ! I would recommend her to anyone buying a house. The whole team has great vibes !
