We first reached out to Ashley Webber in late 2024 after I left Lethbridge and moved up to the Edmonton area. She spent that winter showing us properties even though we weren’t quite ready to make a move yet. Life and job changes put our plans on hold, and it wasn’t until mid-2026 that we were finally ready to seriously start looking. We also ran into some issues with our bank and financing, and Ashley was there to help us navigate through all of it and keep things moving. She helped us find a home we really liked and put together an offer for us. Unfortunately, that property suffered storm damage during the process, so we had to walk away from the deal. Ashley immediately went back to work with us, and that eventually led us to the home we’re in now. We absolutely loved the current property as soon as we saw it. We put in an offer, and Ashley helped make the deal happen. She was there with us through the entire process, from our first viewings in 2024 right through to getting the keys in 2026. Buying a home can be stressful, especially when you throw financing issues and a storm-damaged property into the mix. Ashley was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout it all. I would highly recommend Ashley Webber to anyone looking to buy a home in the Edmonton area. She stuck with us through a long and sometimes complicated process and helped us find the right home.

Ashley has been amazing with her customer service, being super personable, and adjusting her schedule to work around our busy lives. She helped us sell our old townhouse and she helped us buy our new half duplex. We couldn’t be happier with her service. She made extra stops at the townhouse to ensure it was ready for open houses when we weren’t able to even though it was out of her way. Ashley goes above and beyond for her customers, is flexible with her schedule, and she answered our 2839944 questions while also updating our search 38384 times when we were being indecisive with the new purchase. Not only did we find the right home for us, but she also made sure to be there during the entire inspection to educate us on the various things to worry about vs not stress about, walked us through different strategies for making and accepting offers and even answered our questions while on vacation. 11/10 would recommend Ashley to friends and family and we will definitely use her again if we go through the selling and buying process in the future!
