I listed my property in Edmonton and from the very first walkthrough, I knew Calvin was different. I had five other agents through but Calvin was the only one who actually walked the property and pointed out specific items and details that nobody else even noticed. That attention to detail told me everything I needed to know. His team…Ryan, Najma, Ian, and Svitlana (she’s my fav) were brilliant throughout the entire process. Everyone was professional, responsive, and on top of every detail from listing to closing. The sale came together smoothly and we closed at a fair number. If you're selling in Edmonton, don't waste time interviewing a dozen agents. Calvin and his team are the ones you want. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know and will absolutely be working with them again.

I asked Karina Van Brabandt to help me sell my acreage and represent me in purchasing my dream property after talking to a few different agents and I am so glad I did! Not only did she provide excellent service, she’s personable and fun, which the whole process a lot less stressful! Not only did we sell my home in the first 48 hours of the listing going live with no conditions…..She even got me 100k more than previous agents thought my home was worth!! The photographer was amazing and really captured my home in its best light. I really feel that they went above and beyond to ensure my home sold, without lowballing me on the price! As we were searching for my next property and doing showings, I noticed Karina had a wicked eye for little details that I certainly would have missed! She pointed out water spots, cracks, and smells that really helped me form a realistic picture of homes I had fallen in love with online. All in all, my experience with Karina and her team was top tier and I would recommend her to anyone! She knows her stuff and made the entire process as smooth as could be!
