Buying a home from out of town could have been stressful, but Amin made the process easy. PJ (Patrick) was beyond phenomenal to work with. He sold us our first house and he helped us find our second (current) home. He provided excellent insight and advice throughout the selling and buying process which was extremely helpful since this is the first time my wife and I have gone through something like this. His meticulous process for handling both transactions alleviated any stress as he provided step by step guidance so we knew exactly what was happening and when things would happen. We were able to get our first house ready for photos, listing and viewing in less than two weeks thanks to PJ and it sold within one day. The transaction of our new house was also seamless and he was there every step of the way. To say that PJ went above and beyond is an understatement. Cant thank Megan enough!! This was our first property in Canada and we were quite nervous going into it knowing absolutely nothing. She was with us every step of the way! She explained the whole process from start to finish, she viewed multiple properties for us and was very thorough in her inspections.
